A score of 300-plus has been achieved in 7 out of 8 innings in the series so far. Judging the way both teams have gone about their business, we are in for another cracking encounter. The series is currently levelled at 2-2 and today will decide who will take the trophy.

England are the 'New England' with their new-found aggressive attitude while New Zealand have been in a terrific form since the year began.

Despite chasing 350 in the fourth ODI, the hosts played no-fear cricket and in fact, won the game with as many as 36 balls to spare. Skipper Eoin Morgan and Joe Root led from the front with hundreds, while Alex Hales scored a breezy fifty and gave England a great start alongside Jason Roy.

On the other hand, Kane Williamson and Ross Taylor have been the star performers with the bat for New Zealand throughout the series and the visitors would hope that they would continue their good form here as well.

Team news: Jos Buttler, who split his webbing on the left hand during practice, has been ruled out of the game.

England skipper Eoin Morgan won the toss and elected to field. As expected, Joss Buttler misses out and he will be replaced by Jonny Bairstow.

For New Zealand, Mitchell McClenaghan sits out and Andrew Mathieson is making his ODI debut.

After persistent rain delayed the match start for more than nearly 1.5 hours, the overs started getting reducing.

According to the revised equation, England's target now is 192 in 26 overs.

New Zealand got off to a good start by dismissing Hales for just 1 in the second over of the innings. Mitchell Santner was the lucky bowler as Williamson took a stunner at square leg. Hales mistimed the pull and the ball ballooned in the air, Williamson jumped high in the air and plucked the ball out of thin air with one hand.

However, that was not enough. The young bowler came back in his second over to remove Joe Root and Eoin Morgan on back-to-back deliveries. First to go was Root, who was stumped. Brilliant presence of mind from Ronchi as he was hit on the chin by the ball and had started bleeding but he whipped the bails before Root had a chance of dragging his foot back.

Next to go was Morgan, who mistimed the slog and played into the hands of Guptill at deep mid-wicket.

3 Eoin Morgan 20/3 3.2

4 Ben Stokes 40/4 6.3

5 Jason Roy 45/5 8.1

Matt Henry finally managed to break the 80-run stand for the sixth wicket by dismissing Sam Billings on 41. It was brilliant catch from Ross Taylor. Billings had come down the track and pulled but mistimed it to short mid-wicket, where Taylor dived to his left and held onto a spectacular take.

In the next over, Bairstow got a lifeline on 39 when he was dropped by the keeper off Wheeler's bowling. However, in Wheeler's next over he dismissed David Willey for 7.

Bairstow is batting welland registered his maiden ODI fifty but someone needs to stick with him. England can win this, but will they?

Sam Billings and Jonny Bairstow came to England's rescue after the New Zealand bowlers made sure the hosts' top-order was destroyed. They hit some fantastic shots and took on the Black Caps bowlers.

What a stunning match and what a fantastic end to the series!

England have rocked it! And all thanks to Jonny Bairstow, who was a last minute addition to the team after Jos Buttler got injured. Bairstow has pounced upon the opportunity that came his way and given England a great win. He stayed unbeaten on 83 off 60 balls and also hit the winning runs.

This is their first ODI series victory since beating West Indies in 2014.
