First away series win in four years, first away series win after trailing, first Test series win in Sri Lanka in 22 years, first series win as captain for Virat Kohli and his brat pack. Things might already get quite giddy for the young Indian team and captain Kohli.

It was evident that Kohli was cherishing every moment of it. But then, there were a lot of small things that helped the team in the long run. Almost every change that the team management had to do, tactically or to cope with injuries, clicked. KL Rahul coming in as a opener, Murali Vijay replacing Shikhar Dhawan, Cheteshwar Pujara stepping in, Rohit Sharma - Ajinkya Rahane swapping batting positions or Stuart Binny contributing as an all-rounder, every piece of the jigsaw fit in seamlessly. Things look rosy for team India. A little too rosy, as there's now, a problem of plenty.

"Astrology," joked Ashwin when asked the reason for it before Kohli weighed in. "I am glad we have some time off before we play Test matches again," Kohli said. "Because, if you are playing a Test match again in 10 days' time, 15 days' time, I wouldn't be able to select a team because everyone has scored runs, everyone has taken wickets, who will you drop?

"Problem of plenty is never bad. And as I said, guys in this group will understand and respect the decisions made by the management. It might not be understood well by a lot of people but whatever we do, is for the best for the team, for the betterment of the squad and for winning games of cricket. We have to figure out which is the best combination we can go in with," Kohli opined.

It's not a bad problem to have. It's a young team, as has been repeatedly pointed out and it is quite clearly Kohli's team. Importantly, it has not taken long for the team to buy into a few of his ideas.

"I think winning is always really really encouraging for the squad especially in the way we have won this series. It should be the right kind of catalyst for us to play the same kind of cricket in future as well," Kohli said. "We spoke about the fact that we want to win Test matches, we want to win series because, as a group, you are able to enjoy those victories more.

"Guys can have their individual performances and walk away with that happiness but unless you win as a team, you won't really get that positivity around the group as a Test team. I think this might be the right kind of boost that we require and that we have required over a long period of time," he said.

That he's leading a team of like-minded people helps, admits Kohli. And there are small things that he seems to be doing right. He leads by example during the practice session, invariably being the first out on the ground and seems quite comfortable in communicating with the players in the bench. Credit is due for the backroom staff for the same as well. Ravi Shastri and Kohli have the catchphrase of aggression, one of the side effects of which has been the Ishant Sharma ban. But after a win, Kohli wasn't overly concerned about that.

"I was very happy with the
